1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Email Bucket Organizer (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service uses artificial intelligence to categorize your unread Gmail emails into organizational groups ("buckets"). The AI classification is probabilistic and provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of email categorization. You acknowledge that:

• Emails may be miscategorized or placed in unexpected buckets.
• The Service is not a substitute for manually reviewing your inbox for time-sensitive or critical communications.
• We are not liable for any missed deadlines, financial losses, security incidents, or unread personal correspondence resulting from reliance on the Service.

3. Google Account & Permissions

The Service requires authentication via Google OAuth 2.0. By using the Service, you grant us permission to access your Gmail account with the specific scopes you authorize. These may include:

• Basic (metadata only): Access to email headers — sender, subject, and date.
• Read access: Access to email text snippets (up to 300 characters) for improved AI classification.
• Modify access: Ability to mark emails as read on your behalf when you explicitly request it.

You are responsible for the security of your Google account. You may revoke our access at any time through your Google Account Permissions page.

4. Free & Pro Tiers

The Service offers a free tier with limited scanning capacity (2 total scans, up to 50 emails per scan). A paid "Pro" tier provides expanded limits (5 scans per day, up to 200 emails per scan). Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments, a third-party payment provider. All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scan limits, or other usage restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our API beyond the intended user interface.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
